Valley West Adds Eight New Home Designs to Community
BOZEMAN, Mont. (January 25, 2008)—Bozeman’s award winning master-planned community of Valley West recently introduced eight newly designed homes currently being constructed in its growing neighborhood. Located at Durston and Ferguson, the homes feature four lot specific exterior elevations and paint colors with a selection of two interior design package options for buyers to choose from.
“We created these new home designs to meet the needs of our buyers,” explains Greg Stratton, vice president and project manager for The Aspen Group, the company developing the master-planned community of Valley West. “They are priced competitively and provide potential homeowners with a floor plan that is well thought out and comfortable within a wonderful community and just minutes from downtown.”
The eight new homes are 1,221 square foot designs and include three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining and living/family room. The kitchen will feature nutmeg oak cabinetry, state-of-the-art black Fridgedaire® appliances and hickory laminate flooring that extends into the dining and living room areas. Bedrooms are all carpeted, while the bathrooms and entryway provide modern style vinyl flooring. Features include vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, a solid wood front door and professionally landscaped front and backyards. Residents will also enjoy the savings of an energy-efficient furnace and windows. Two-car attached garages will come standard for each home.
The interior design package options offer buyers a choice of colors on their carpeting, bath flooring and countertops. Pricing on the homes now is from the $230s.
