Valley West Finds a Home on the Web

(PHOENIX, Ariz.—September 26, 2007)—Phoenix, Ariz.-based real estate developer The Aspen Group has launched a new Web site for its award-winning community of Valley West, located in Bozeman, Mont. The new Web site, ValleyWestMontana.com, was designed to visually illustrate the community’s beauty while providing information about its location, amenities, news and events and surrounding environment.

ValleyWestMontana.com gives potential buyers, current residents and casual browsers an in-depth view of the community where “small town charm” and “Big Sky living” are a way of life. In addition to contact information, amenities and community photos, the site provides details on the latest homes and home sites available for sale. The “news and events” link keeps visitors and residents abreast of community activities and events.
Valley West’s acclaimed architecture and attention to nature earned the community The Sonoran Institute’s sought-after “Building from the Best of the Northern Rockies” award. Placed throughout the community are streams, hiking trails, wetlands, a pond stocked with Cutthroat Trout, parks, sports fields, 93 acres of open land and a popular lakeside pavilion complete with covered barbeque and picnic areas.
The community began construction in 2002, and is currently undergoing its third phase. Sprawled across 310 acres, Valley West already hosts more than 300 homes, and will eventually include a combination of roughly 1,630 duplexes, row houses, various sized single-family homes and condominiums.
