What’s Coming
Construction of Valley West began in 2002. Now in phase III of development, more than 300 homes have already been completed.
Expected to include up to 1,630 living units ranging from condominiums, duplexes and row housing to small and large single-family homes, Valley West gives homebuyers an array of choices when staking their claim to a life in Big Sky Country.
In addition to new home construction, plans also are underway for a second lake within the development.
